System of phone audio-conferencing for of telecoms operators

The subsystem is intended for organization of service of telephone audio-conferences and conference calls. It can be used by a telecom operators for granting additional services to the subscribers, and a departments of telecommunications of a enterprises and business centers as well.

One server of system, depending on a design, can maintain from 20 up to 1080 participants.

The subsystem has two-level of administration:

The administrator of system must organize:

• algorithm of processing of incoming/outgoing calls of conference;
• clusters (the list of consumers of system’s services);
• templates of conferences;
• addition of conferences in a scheduler.

The administrator of a cluster:

• makes the list of subscribers of a cluster;
• creates schemes of conferences of a cluster;
• carry out on-line monitoring of conferences.

The access to administration - through the client application or through HTTP.

The basic functions of conferences:

• Pre-notification of participants about the planned conference;
• Start-up of scheduled and off-scheduled a conferences;
• Start of conference from scheduler/ from a phone/ by the supervisor;
• Opportunity of identification of participants a PIN-code/ number of phone/ anonymous the participant;
• Incoming and/or outgoing calling of participants;
• Opportunity of protection by codes of access against not authorized entrance in conference;
• Management of a microphone mode by the participant (DTMF) or by the supervisor;
• Mode "I requests the floor";
• Opportunity of interruption of participants with lower priority (DTMF/ by the supervisor/ Voice  activity);
• Addition/removal of participants on a course of conference;
• Record of conference;
• Pronouncing of sound messages by individually for each cluster or conference, even personal messages for each the participant.

If conference was included in a scheduler, the system reserves resources necessary for carrying out order. In this case, during start-up off-scheduled conference, which will hinder to carrying out scheduled, refusal will be received.
