System of voice recording Astro-PBX
The ASTRO-PBX system is the complex of hardware and software of the node of an intellectual communication network the Pallada with a subsystem of software for record, storage and further replay of phone talks of PBX AVAYA Definity subscribers.
Quantity of observing subscribers, simultaneously – up to 16.
The system can be connected to PBX Definity via digital individual lines. The system is managed and controlled via the TCP/IP network from administrator AWP’s.
The system has a through channel mode, i.e. through the network. The system working mode can be software reconfigured via the network including changes of controlled subscriber numbers.
The basic functionalities of system:

Simultaneous record of current phone calls in all channels using sets of all types;

Storing information on date, time and duration of the recorded conversation;

Automatic number identification (where possible);

Storing recorded conversations on hard disk drives. Effective signal compression enables to use effectively present hard drive capacity retaining conversation quality;

Automatic record deletion (except for “important”) in a set time period;

After the disk is overfilled new files are recorded replacing the oldest. And the files marked as IMPORTANT are not overwritten;

Recorded conversations can be replayed at any computer with Sound Blaster card;

“Through” listening to recorded channels via LAN from different computers simultaneously;

Three password-protected access levels to system management;

Automatic database registration of information on controlled conversation – local subscriber number, city (external) subscriber number, subscriber actions, etc.;

Keeping call protocol and working with databases;

Filtering records by channels, phone numbers, incoming call time and date, conversation duration, etc.;

Review of each file size, selected files and sums of files recorded at each channel;

Call registry printing;

Statistics and graphic presentation of channel load.
Module structure provides easy system extension.
The system core is implemented as a Windows-NT service and starts automatically prior to user logon.
OS: MS Windows NT/2000/XP/2003.
Database: MS SQL Server 6.5 / 7.0 / 2000/2005.
The system is integrated with PBX Definity having software version above 7.0.
The system hardware part is based on 4- or 8-channel voice cards D42JCT-U / D82JCT-U Dialogic® emulating system phone set interface of 8434 PBX Avaya Definity type.
