The PBX info-helper Application Package makes possible for user systems to interact with PBX via standard SQL-query procedures, what considerably simplifies integration. First of all, PBX info-helper is targeted to be used by developers and specialists maintaining CRM-systems and AMS of a enterprises.

PBX info-helper can recognize phone calls from known subscribers, route their calls according to complex rules, accumulate data during the call and avoid its losses during transmission from one station subscriber to another, to display call information at the subscriber monitor.

Existing PBX info-helper version can interact with PBX Avaya Definity by the protocol of communication with adjunct applications (ASAI) and/or through TSAPI.

1  Exchange by protocol ASAI and-or through TSAPI via AES Server: 
        From server to PBX – Control and routing queries 
        From PBX to server – Routing queries, control events
2  SQL-queries to the enterprise database server 
3  Interaction via the PBX info-helper client module: 
        From server to enterprise AWP ACS – call and call status data
        From enterprise AWP ACS to server – manual call management
4  AWP ACS interaction with the enterprise database (unimportant for PBX info-helper).
