History

Till 1994 the company produced installations and PBX services, but in 1995 development had finished and the company has started manufacture of small-PBX on 100 subscribers.

In 1997, from easy a system of IVR and of a recording of telephone talks, the company has started to develop a systems of a computer telephony. Next step this development was a call center - first version of a modern complex of the node of an intellectual communication Pallada.

In 1999 on a platform Pallada the center of telephone service for of St.-Petersburg service 050 was created, and in 2000 - the center of telephone service 054 (the Publishing house "Chance") on 40 operators was created. In November, 2001 a complex of autoinformation services the PTN of Tomsk city has been opened up. These complexes are successfully used and now.

Since 2002 the accent in development of the company was drifted aside systems of corporate application. From them, the greatest respect has received by the system of the organization of audio-conferences Assembly. To the middle of 2008 in Russia and CIS countries was installed more then 200 systems. Typical profile of consumers of systems is a great companies from electric power, railways, metallurgy, banks, mechanical engineering etc. and state enterprises as well. The largest system, on 360 participants, was installed in 2002 by company Ericsson in the Chief Office of the Moscow City Police.

In 2006, for maintenance of the Direct Line with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the system on a platform Pallada for simultaneous reception and record up to 960 calls from citizens has been installed. For successful maintenance of action the company was noted by gratitude.

Since 2007 the company is the participant of partner programs Dialogic and Microsoft for developers. Since October, 2008 the company is Gold Dialogic^® Application Partner.

Prospects of development

Introduction of the new project of the company has begun in 2008 - a program superstructure above the node of an intellectual communication Pallada - the platform of virtual services (VSP), which will allows to pass administration of services from operators services to clients directly.

Autumn of 2008 release of the new version of software package SMSGate.3 is planned.
